Geoffrey Stephens (October 1st 1934 – December 24th 2020) was an English songwriter and record producer, most prolific in the United Kingdom in the 1960s and 1970s.

He wrote "The Way That I Remember Him" for Terry and with Les Reed "Dear Madame" for Cilla Black, singles Sandie Shaw covered.
