Puppet on a String is a single by Sandie Shaw, released on March 7, 1967. It is best known for being the winning entry of the 1967 Eurovision Song Contest, and also the United Kingdom's first winning entry of the Contest. The B-side is Tell The Boys.

A Song for Europe

The song was the fourth to be performed, and, through postcard voting, won, making it the United Kingdom's Eurovision entry that year.

The song was performed 11th and won by 47 points.
