Sky Max
Sky Max is a British pay television channel and on-demand service which launched on September 1st 2021. It is owned and operated by Sky Group, a subsidiary of Comcast. The service broadcasts a variety of drama, comedy-drama, and unscripted programmes.
Sky Max was announced on July 28th 2021, along with Sky Showcase, to replace Sky One; the former flagship which had been on air for nearly 40 years.[1][2] Sky Max broadcasts the entertainment and drama output previously shown on Sky One, while most of Sky One's comedy output was transferred to Sky Comedy.[3][4][5]
Funny Woman is broadcast on Sky Max. Sandie Shaw's song "Don't Run Away" plays in the fifth episode.
