Clive Langer (born June 19th 1954 in Hampstead, London, England[1]) is an English record producer and songwriter, active from the mid-1970s onwards.

He and Sandie Shaw wrote the song "Comrade in Arms", the tenth track of Shaw's seventh and final original album Hello Angel. He is also one of the album's producers.
