Michael Holm (born Lothar Walter; on July 29th 1943) is a German singer, musician, songwriter and record producer.

For Sandie Shaw, he wrote the lyrics to the German versions of "Heaven Knows I'm Missing Him Now" ("Alles was ich will, ist deine liebe") and "You Can't Blame Him" ("Das ist unmöglich").
