Rolf Harris (born 30 March 1930) is an Australian entertainer whose career has encompassed work as a musician, singer-songwriter, composer, comedian, actor, painter and television personality.

Sandie Shaw appeared on his show on the episode that aired on February 25th 1967 and performed five songs to determine the United Kingdom's Eurovision entry that year (with the winner being Puppet on a String, which won with 47 points). Harris also provided the UK commentary for the Contest itself.
